- Cut each chicken wing into 3 sections and discard the end-bone portion.
- Now each wing gives 2 pieces.
- Marinate wings with salt and let sit for 1 hour (or overnight).
- Heat a nonstick pan over medium-high heat and add 1/2 teaspoon cooking oil.
- Add the chicken pieces to the pan and turn very frequently to ensure even cooking.
- Do not cover the pan during cooking.
- Cook for about 25 to 30 minutes until wings are golden brown and crispy, and most of the oil is squeezed out.
- Drain the wings and serve.
