Ingredients

  • 15 chicken wings
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp cooking oil

Instructions

  1. Cut each chicken wing into 3 sections and discard the end-bone portion.
  2. Now each wing gives 2 pieces.
  3. Marinate wings with salt and let sit for 1 hour (or overnight).
  4. Heat a nonstick pan over medium-high heat and add 1/2 teaspoon cooking oil.
  5. Add the chicken pieces to the pan and turn very frequently to ensure even cooking.
  6. Do not cover the pan during cooking.
  7. Cook for about 25 to 30 minutes until wings are golden brown and crispy, and most of the oil is squeezed out.
  8. Drain the wings and serve.
