Ingredients

  • 1 lb. small beef chunks
  • 1/2 envelope Lipton onion soup mix
  • 1 can mushroom soup

Instructions

  1. Place the small beef chunks, dry Lipton onion soup mix, and mushroom soup into the crock-pot.
  2. Mix all ingredients together until well combined.
  3. Cover and cook on high for 3 hours or on low all day until beef is tender.
  4. Serve hot over cooked rice, mashed potatoes, or cubed potatoes.
