Ingredients

  • 2 Tbsp vegetable oil
  • 2 Tbsp water
  • 1 envelope Italian salad dressing mix
  • 2 cups crushed stuffing mix
  • 4 cod fillets (about 6 oz each)

Instructions

  1. In a shallow bowl, combine vegetable oil, water, and Italian salad dressing mix.
  2. Place the crushed stuffing mix in another bowl.
  3. Dip each cod fillet into the salad dressing mixture, then coat with stuffing mix.
  4. Place the coated fillets on a greased baking sheet.
  5. Bake in a preheated 425°F oven for 15 to 20 minutes, or until the fish flakes easily with a fork.
