Crispy cinnamon chips made from tortillas seasoned with cinnamon, sugar, and Molly McButter, perfect for snacking or sharing at parties and casual gatherings.

Ingredients

  • 4 soft flour tortillas
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 1/4 tsp Molly McButter

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F.
  2. Use kitchen scissors to cut tortillas in half, then cut each half into 3 wedges.
  3. Place wedges on a baking sheet sprayed with nonstick cooking spray.
  4. In a small bowl, mix together cinnamon, sugar, and Molly McButter.
  5. Generously sprinkle the wedges with the cinnamon sugar mixture.
  6. Spray wedges very lightly with nonstick cooking spray.
  7. Bake in the preheated oven for 12 to 13 minutes, watching carefully to prevent burning.
