Ingredients

  • 2 cups sugar
  • 2 sticks margarine or butter
  • 2 tablespoons cocoa
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 1 and 1/2 cups flour
  • 1 and 1/2 tablespoons peanut butter
  • 1 and 1/3 cups coconut
  • 1 and 1/2 cups walnuts, chopped

Instructions

  1. Mix sugar, margarine, and cocoa in a bowl.
  2. Add eggs and vanilla; beat well.
  3. Stir in flour and peanut butter; mix until combined.
  4. Gently fold in coconut and chopped walnuts.
  5. Pour batter into a greased 9 x 13-inch glass dish.
  6. Bake at 350°F for 25 to 30 minutes.
  7. Remove from oven and spread marshmallow cream over hot cake.
  8. Let cool and then frost.
