Ingredients

  • 2 cups corn flakes, crushed
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 3 to 4 tablespoons herb and spice blend

Instructions

  1. Combine mayonnaise, lemon juice, and herb and spice blend.
  2. Spread the mixture on both sides of the fillets.
  3. Coat the fillets with crushed corn flakes.
  4. Place the coated fillets on a rack of a lightly greased broiler pan.
  5. Bake at 400°F for 10 to 15 minutes or until the fish flakes easily.
