Ingredients

  • 20 oz. can crushed pineapple
  • 2 Tbsp. Minute tapioca
  • 1/4 c. sugar

Instructions

  1. Drain the crushed pineapple if using fresh or canned with syrup.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine crushed pineapple, Minute tapioca, and sugar if desired.
  3. Pour the mixture into a prepared pie crust.
  4. Bake at 350°F (175°C) for about 30 minutes or until the filling is set and bubbly.
  5. Allow to cool before serving.
