Ingredients

  • 2 c. flour
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1/2 c. oil
  • 1/4 c. milk

Instructions

  1. Put 1/2 cup oil in a bowl.
  2. Pour 1/4 cup milk onto the oil; do not stir.
  3. Pour both the oil and milk mixture onto the flour.
  4. Stir with a fork until combined.
  5. Divide the dough in half and place each half between sheets of wax paper.
  6. Roll out each piece from the center to form a circle.
  7. Use the crust as needed for your pie filling.
