Crustless Strawberry Pie

Ingredients

  • 24 ounces fresh strawberries
  • 2 (7/8 ounce) packages sugar-free vanilla pudding mix
  • 1 (5/8 ounce) package sugar-free strawberry gelatin
  • 2 cups water

Instructions

  1. Rinse and hull strawberries.
  2. Distribute evenly in a 10-inch pie pan.
  3. In a medium saucepan, combine pudding mix, gelatin mix, and water.
  4. Stir well and bring to a full boil.
  5. Pour mixture over strawberries and chill for 4-6 hours in fridge.
