Instructions
- Dissolve yeast in water; add salt and sugar.
- Stir thoroughly. Add flour a little at a time.
- Beat with a wooden spoon.
- When dough is thoroughly mixed, shape it into a ball.
- Place in a greased bowl and grease the top.
- Cover with dry, clean towel; let stand in a warm place (80° to 85°) until doubled.
- Turn dough out on a lightly floured board.
