Instructions
- Flour and brown cube steak.
- Place into large casserole dish. Peel and quarter the potatoes and put over the meat.
- Add the carrots.
- Mix mushroom soup, milk and water; pour over meat and vegetables.
- Bake, covered, for 1 hour at 350°.
- Uncover.
- Top with cheese; bake until cheese is melted and slightly browned.
