Cucumber Mold

Instructions
- Mix cottage cheese, grated cucumbers, onion, salad dressing, season to taste, salt and red pepper.
- Dissolve jello in hot water; cool.
- Add to cottage cheese mixture.
- This amount fills small mold.
- Put layer of jello in cold; let thicken slightly, then lay slices of cucumber overlapping in jello mixture.
- Put back in refrigerator until firm.
- Pour cottage cheese mixture over cucumber slices; return to refrigerator until firm.
