Ingredients

  • 1/2 c. plain yogurt
  • 1 c. cucumber, peeled and cut into chunks
  • 1/2 tsp. ground kelp
  • 1 Tbsp. onion, chopped

Instructions

  1. Place all ingredients in a blender.
  2. Blend on high until smooth.
  3. Serve immediately.
  4. Yield: 1 1/2 cups.
