Ingredients

  • 2 cucumbers, sliced
  • 1/2 cup plain yogurt
  • 1 teaspoon sugar
  • salt to taste
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 4 scallions, sliced

Instructions

  1. Slice cucumbers very thin into a bowl.
  2. Let stand in refrigerator for 20 minutes.
  3. Just before serving, mix yogurt with sugar, salt, pepper, and scallions.
  4. Squeeze excess liquid from cucumbers and toss with scallions and yogurt dressing.
