Instructions
- Heat rice, onion and pepper in bacon fat until golden brown. Combine in 2-quart casserole with remaining ingredients.
- Cover tightly.
- Bake in moderate oven (350°) about 30 minutes or until rice is tender.
- Makes 4 to 6 servings.
