Ingredients

  • 3/4 lb. ground beef
  • 1 (6 oz.) can tomato paste
  • 1 Tbsp. instant minced onion
  • 1 tsp. Italian seasoning
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1 (10 oz.) can refrigerated biscuits
  • 1/2 to 3/4 c. shredded Mozzarella cheese

Instructions

  1. Brown and drain beef.
  2. Stir in tomato paste, onion and seasoning.
  3. Cook over low heat for 5 minutes.
  4. Place biscuits in greased muffin tin, pressing to cover bottom and sides.
  5. Spoon about 1/4 cup of meat mixture into biscuit-lined cups and sprinkle with cheese.
  6. Bake at 400° for 12 minutes or until golden brown. Yield 12 cups.
