Curd Cheese Cake

Instructions
- Mix eggs, sugar, lemon juice and rind.
- Stir in curd cheese through a sieve.
- Mix curd cheese, semolina, flour and baking powder.
- Fold in the egg mixture.
- Bake at 180°C for about 1 hour in a form pan.
- When done, brush with melted butter and dust with powdered sugar.
