Ingredients

  • 1 tbsp vegetable oil
  • 8 oz green beans, trimmed
  • 2 tsp cumin seeds
  • 2 tsp coriander seeds, lightly crushed
  • 1/2 tsp turmeric

Instructions

  1. Heat the oil in a large frying pan. Cook the beans for 3-4 mins, turning frequently, until softened. Add the spices and cook for 2 mins, stirring continuously.
