Juicy bone-in chicken breasts glazed with a fragrant honey curry sauce, perfect for a flavorful and satisfying meal suited for family dinners or casual gatherings.

Ingredients

  • 4 chicken breast halves (bone in)
  • 2 garlic cloves
  • 6 Tbsp honey
  • 4 Tbsp white wine
  • 3 tsp curry powder
  • chopped chives

Instructions

  1. Rub the chicken breast halves with halved garlic cloves.
  2. Place the chicken in a baking dish.
  3. Bring honey, white wine, and curry powder to a boil in a saucepan.
  4. Stir until the mixture thickens, about 2 minutes.
  5. Brush the chicken with the glaze and roast at 450°F (232°C) for 10 minutes.
  6. Brush with remaining glaze and continue roasting until cooked through, about 10 to 15 minutes more.
  7. Sprinkle chopped chives over the chicken.
  8. Serve with herbed rice.
