Custard Pie(Easy)

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 c. milk
  • pinch of salt
  • nutmeg
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • 3 eggs
  • 18 large marshmallows

Instructions

  1. Dissolve marshmallows in milk over low heat (just until dissolved).
  2. Beat eggs and add to milk mixture with vanilla and salt.
  3. Pour into unbaked pie shell and sprinkle with nutmeg.
  4. Bake at 425° for 15 minutes.
  5. Reduce heat to 325° for 15 minutes.
