Ingredients

  • 1 cup powdered milk
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 3 tablespoons cornstarch
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 1 1/4 cups water
  • 2 tablespoons margarine
  • 2 tablespoons vanilla

Instructions
