Ingredients

  • 1 boiled potato (cold)
  • confectioners sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • peanut butter
  • melted chocolate

Instructions

  1. Mash the cold boiled potato and work in confectioners sugar and vanilla until desired consistency is reached.
  2. Press the mixture down flat and spread with peanut butter.
  3. Roll up the mixture as a jelly roll or into balls.
  4. Dip the rolled pieces into melted chocolate and let set.
