Ingredients

  • 4 cups mandarin oranges, seedless, peeled and divided
  • 1 12 cups sugar
  • 1 tablespoon cinnamon
  • 12 teaspoon vanilla
  • 12 cup butter
  • 1 cup flour
  • 1 cup quick oats
  • 14 cup brown sugar
  • 4 teaspoons baking powder
  • 12 teaspoon salt
  • 1 12 cups milk, I used 1%

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350.
  2. In a dutch oven or casserole dish, melt butter and set aside.
  3. Combine fruit, sugar, cinnamon, and vanilla in a large bowl and stir until all the oranges are coated.
  4. Set aside.
  5. Combine flour, oats, brown sugar, baking powder, salt and milk.
  6. Mix well.
  7. Pour flour mixture over melted butter.
  8. Pour fruit on top.
  9. Bake 45-60 minutes until golden brown.
