Ingredients

  • 12 cup brown sugar
  • 14 cup paprika
  • 14 cup chili powder
  • 2 tablespoons cumin
  • 12 teaspoon cayenne
  • 1 12 tablespoons dry mustard
  • 14 cup kosher salt
  • 2 tablespoons granulated garlic

Instructions

  1. mix all together and store in airtight container.
  2. rub liberally on ribs, chops etc, wrap in foil for 2-3 hours and grill.
