Ingredients

  • 2 cups flour
  • water
  • 1/4 cup shortening
  • extra shortening

Instructions

  1. To the flour, add enough water to make a medium to thin dough. Mix well.
  2. Cook, covered, in an iron skillet in shortening until the top of the dough is dry. Turn over.
  3. Add another 1/4 cup of shortening. Brown and serve hot.
