  • 1 c. shrimp
  • cracker crumbs, crushed fine
  • couple green onions, diced
  • chopped celery
  • 1 egg
  • juice of 1/2 lemon
  • few dashes Worcestershire
  • 1/8 lb. melted butter
  • enough milk to moisten

Instructions

  1. Mix, then stuff flounder, trout or snapper.
