Ingredients

  • 1 c. low-fat mayonnaise
  • 3 cans solid white tuna
  • 1/4 c. toasted pecans, chopped
  • 1/3 c. chopped celery
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 1/4 c. water chestnuts, coarsely chopped

Instructions

  1. Mix all ingredients in a bowl until well combined.
  2. Serve on lettuce, in an avocado half, stuffed in a tomato, or as a sandwich spread.
