Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • crushed red hot pepper
  • oregano
  • salt and pepper
  • 1 pound shrimp, breaded and fried
  • 1 large can crushed tomatoes

Instructions

  1. Put oil in a pan and sprinkle about 1 tablespoon crushed red hot pepper.
  2. Saute for about 1 minute or until light brown.
  3. In a pot, put crushed tomatoes and seasoning, then pour in the hot oil and pepper.
  4. Simmer the mixture for about 45 minutes.
  5. Add the breaded and fried shrimp and heat for about 15 minutes.
