Ingredients

  • 1 raisin or blueberry bagel, halved
  • 1/2 cup ricotta cheese
  • 8 teaspoons cinnamon sugar, divided
  • 1 peach, thinly sliced

Instructions

  1. Preheat broiler.
  2. Spread each bagel half with ricotta cheese.
  3. Sprinkle each bagel with 2 teaspoons of cinnamon sugar.
  4. Arrange peach slices over the ricotta cheese.
  5. Sprinkle with the remaining cinnamon sugar.
  6. Place the bagel halves on a baking sheet.
  7. Broil about 4 minutes, 6 inches from the heat, until the sugar is bubbly and the mixture is hot.
  8. Serve warm.
