Ingredients

  • 2 C sugar
  • 1/2 C milk
  • 1/4 C white corn syrup
  • 1 tbsp butter
  • 1 C diced dates
  • 1 C nuts

Instructions

  1. Cook sugar, milk, and corn syrup until the hard ball stage.
  2. Add butter, diced dates, and nuts, then pour into a prepared loaf pan.
  3. Allow to cool and set before slicing and serving.
