Ingredients

  • 1 box chopped dates
  • 8 oz. softened cream cheese
  • 8 oz. soft cream cheese
  • 1 1/2 tsp. vanilla flavoring

Instructions

  1. Mix the softened cream cheese and the chopped dates together until well blended.
  2. Add vanilla flavoring and mix thoroughly.
  3. Fold in the chopped nuts and mix until evenly incorporated.
  4. Mold the mixture into a ball shape.
  5. Place chopped pecans on waxed paper and roll the cheese ball to coat thoroughly with nuts.
  6. Chill the cheese ball for about 30 minutes before serving.
