Ingredients

  • 1 c. pitted dates
  • 2 Tbsp. lime or lemon juice
  • 1/3 c. oil
  • 1 Tbsp. honey
  • 2 Tbsp. minced green onion
  • 1/3 c. walnuts
  • 2 mandarin oranges (segments)

Instructions

  1. Mix above ingredients in bowl and marinate 1/2 hour.
  2. Add to 6 cups greens just before serving.
  3. Serves 6.
