Ingredients

  • 1/3 c. orange juice concentrate
  • 3/4 c. dates, pitted
  • 1/3 c. walnuts
  • 1 (3 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, cut into 3 pieces

Instructions

  1. Blender chop nuts.
  2. Empty in bowl.
  3. Put orange juice concentrate and cream cheese into blender container, cover and process at cream until smooth.
  4. Stop blender, add dates, cover and blender chop; add to nuts and mix well.
  5. Chill.
  6. Yields 1 cup.
