Ingredients

  • 1 c. flour
  • 1/2 c. finely chopped pecan nuts
  • 1 stick margarine
  • 1 c. powdered sugar
  • 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
  • 1 large container Cool Whip
  • 1 tsp. vanilla

Instructions

  1. Combine flour, pecans and margarine.
  2. Press into sheet cake pan with fingers.
  3. Bake at 375° for 12 minutes.
  4. Cool.
  5. Cream powdered sugar, cream cheese and 1/2 container Cool Whip and vanilla.
  6. Beat well.
  7. Spread over cooled crust.
  8. Prepare pudding mix with milk.
  9. Spread over cheese layer.
  10. Top with remaining Cool Whip; sprinkle with chopped pecans.
