Decadent Hummus
Ingredients
- 2 (15 ounce) cans garbanzo beans, drained ⓘ
- 1/4 cup olive oil ⓘ
- 1/4 cup lemon juice
- 1/4 cup crumbled feta cheese ⓘ
- 1/4 cup tahini (optional) ⓘ
- 1/4 cup sweet chili sauce (optional) ⓘ
- 15 pitted kalamata olives ⓘ
- 3 cloves garlic, or more to taste ⓘ
- 2 teaspoons dried basil ⓘ
- 2 teaspoons ground cumin ⓘ
- 2 teaspoons dried dill weed ⓘ
- 1 teaspoon salt ⓘ
- 1 tablespoon water, or as needed (optional) ⓘ
- 1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley, or as needed ⓘ
Instructions
- Blend garbanzo beans, 1/4 cup olive oil, lemon juice, feta cheese, tahini, chili sauce, olives, garlic, basil, cumin, dill, and salt in the blender until smooth. Add water for a thinner consistency. Transfer hummus to a serving bowl and garnish with parsley and drizzle with 1 teaspoon olive oil. Serve warm or cold.
