A warm, spiced cider blend of apple, cranberry, and lemon juices infused with cinnamon, cloves, and nutmeg, perfect for festive gatherings and cozy winter evenings.

Ingredients

  • 12 oz. can frozen apple juice, thawed
  • 12 oz. can frozen cranberry-apple juice, thawed
  • 6 oz. can frozen lemonade, thawed
  • 72 oz. water
  • 1 tsp. nutmeg
  • 7 whole cloves
  • 5 sticks cinnamon
  • 1/3 cup rum or cinnamon Schnapps (optional)

Instructions

  1. In a 4-quart kettle, combine the apple juice, cranberry-apple juice, and water.
  2. Stir in the lemonade, nutmeg, cloves, and cinnamon sticks.
  3. Bring to a boil over medium-high heat.
  4. Reduce heat to low, cover, and simmer for 15 minutes.
  5. Remove the cloves and cinnamon sticks before serving.
  6. Stir in rum or cinnamon Schnapps if desired.
  7. Pour into mugs or glasses and serve warm, garnished with a cinnamon stick.
