Instructions

  1. Beat the confectioners sugar, meringue powder, and 6 tablespoons of cold water in a mixer at medium speed until smooth.
  2. Increase the speed to highest and beat for 5 minutes until thick and smooth.
  3. Add up to 1 tablespoon of water if necessary to achieve piping consistency.
