Deep-Dish Pecan Pie

Ingredients

  • 3/4 c. sugar
  • 3 eggs, beaten
  • 1 c. Golden Eagle syrup
  • 3 Tbsp. melted butter
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • 1 1/4 c. chopped pecans
  • 1 unbaked pie shell

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven and cookie sheet to 350°.
  2. Stir sugar into eggs until dissolved.
  3. Add syrup, butter, vanilla and nuts.
  4. Pour into pie crust.
  5. Bake on cookie sheet for 45 minutes at 350°.
