Ingredients

  • summer or zucchini squash
  • milk
  • flour
  • sugar

Instructions

  1. Slice the squash and dip the slices in milk.
  2. Put the flour and squash slices in a plastic bag and shake to coat evenly.
  3. Heat oil in a deep fryer until hot.
  4. Drop the coated squash slices into the hot oil.
  5. Fry until lightly browned.
  6. Remove from the oil and sprinkle with a little sugar.
