Ingredients

  • 2 lb. ground meat
  • 1 can mushrooms
  • 1 pkg. instant mushroom or onion soup mix
  • 1 can gravy
  • 1/2 c. flour

Instructions

  1. Mix meat with dry soup mix.
  2. Shape meat into patties and roll in flour.
  3. Brown in skillet.
  4. Place meat in a baking dish and pour gravy and mushrooms over meat.
  5. Bake 30 minutes at 375° or microwave for 10 to 15 minutes.
  6. Serves approximately 4.
