  • 2 Tbsp. tenderizing salt
  • 1 1/2 Tbsp. liquid smoke
  • 1/8 Tbsp. garlic powder
  • 1/4 cup water
  • pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Mix all ingredients in a bowl until well combined.
  2. Roll the mixture on wax paper into 2-inch long rolls.
  3. Refrigerate the rolls for 24 hours to allow flavors to meld.
  4. Bake at 300°F (150°C) for 45 minutes until cooked through.
