  • wesson oil
  • water
  • rice
  • tomato sauce

Instructions

  1. Mix deer, rice, onion, pepper, salt, and seasonings together.
  2. Form the mixture into small balls.
  3. Fry the balls in hot Wesson oil or bake in the oven, turning frequently, until light brown but not crusty on all sides.
  4. Add tomato sauce and water to the pan.
  5. Mix well and cover.
