Ingredients

  • 1 qt. water
  • 8 medium potatoes
  • 2 (15 oz.) cans beef and broth
  • 3 (28 oz.) cans blended tomatoes
  • 2 packages frozen butter beans
  • 2 (17 oz.) cans corn
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1/2 stick butter or margarine

Instructions

  1. Cook water, potatoes, beef broth, blended tomatoes, and butter beans for 2 hours.
  2. Add corn, sugar, and butter or margarine, and cook for an additional hour.
  3. Stir more frequently after adding the corn and sugar to prevent sticking.
