Ingredients

  • No. 2 can crushed pineapple
  • 1 c. light brown sugar
  • 1 c. crushed nuts (walnuts, pecans)
  • 1 box white cake mix
  • 2 sticks butter

Instructions

  1. In a 9 x 13-inch baking dish, place pineapple.
  2. Spread over pineapple, sugar and nuts.
  3. Sprinkle over that the cake mix (just out of box with nothing added).
  4. Melt butter and dribble over top of mixture.
  5. Bake at 325° for 1 hour.
