Ingredients

  • 1 chicken, cut up
  • 1 stick oleo
  • 3 Tbsp. oil
  • 1 1/2 tsp. pepper
  • salt to taste
  • 3/4 tsp. garlic powder
  • 3/4 tsp. poultry seasoning
  • 1/2 c. flour

Instructions

  1. Heat oil and oleo until hot.
  2. Put dry ingredients in bag and shake well.
  3. Add chicken and shake again.
  4. Place in hot skillet and brown on both sides, then lower heat and cook until done. Just before taking off, turn heat up high for 3 to 5 minutes. Serve hot or cold.
