Ingredients

  • 1 1/4 flour
  • 2 T sugar
  • pinch salt
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 1/2 c milk
  • 2 T butter
  • 1/2 t lemon, rum, or brandy extract

Instructions

  1. Blend or beat well. Let batter stand for 1 hour or more.
  2. Heat pan, add butter to coat, then batter. Cook, turn, enjoy!
