Ingredients

  • powdered sugar
  • honey or syrup

Instructions

  1. In a skillet, pour 1/4-inch or less of vegetable oil and heat.
  2. Cut tortilla shells into pie-shaped wedges.
  3. Add the tortilla wedges to the hot oil and fry until crisp.
  4. Remove and drain well.
  5. Sprinkle with powdered sugar and serve with a small bowl of honey or syrup.
