Ingredients

  • 1/3 cup white wine vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 3/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground cumin
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper
  • 1 small onion, chopped
  • 1 (4 oz.) can chopped green chiles, undrained
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 2 avocados, peeled and diced

Instructions

  1. Combine all ingredients except avocados, stirring well.
  2. Cover and chill.
  3. Just before serving, add avocados and toss gently.
  4. Serve with tortilla chips.
