Ingredients

  • 2 cans tiny chopped black olives (4 oz.)
  • 2 cans tiny chopped green chilies (4 oz.)
  • 4 green onions, chopped
  • 2 medium tomatoes, chopped

Instructions

  1. Mix together the chopped black olives, green chilies, green onions, and chopped tomatoes in a bowl.
  2. Season the mixture with salt, pepper, and garlic powder to taste.
  3. Add 4 tablespoons of vinegar and 6 tablespoons of oil to the mixture and stir well.
  4. Marinate the mixture for at least 30 minutes to allow flavors to meld.
  5. Chill in the refrigerator until ready to serve.
  6. Drain excess liquid before serving and enjoy with tortilla chips.
