Ingredients

  • 1 stick oleo or butter
  • 1 yellow cake mix
  • 1 egg
  • 1 box powdered sugar
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese

Instructions

  1. Barely mix together melted butter, yellow cake mix, and egg.
  2. Press the mixture into a 9 x 13-inch pan.
  3. In a separate bowl, beat cream cheese, powdered sugar, and eggs until creamy and smooth.
  4. Pour the cream cheese mixture over the cake base in the pan.
  5. Bake at 325°F (163°C) for 1 hour.
  6. Allow to cool slightly then cut into squares.
